Operating Entity: Property Wiz Inc. d/b/a Closing Navigators
1. Service Description
Closing Navigators is a transaction coordination platform for real estate agents, transaction coordinators, team leads, and brokers. Features include deal pipeline management, compliance checklists, document management, e-signature workflows, AI voice and SMS agents, client portals, calendar coordination, and reporting.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not misrepresent brokerage, agency, licensing, transaction, or client information; access data without authorization; upload unlawful content; send spam; use automated scraping; or attempt to bypass security controls.
3. Accounts and Security
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials. We may suspend accounts that present legal, security, operational, or compliance risk.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plan terms, billing cycles, and taxes are presented at checkout and in the billing portal. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Annual plans include a two-month discount versus monthly billing. Provider usage (such as SMS, voice minutes, and AI usage above included allotments) is billed monthly in arrears.
5. SMS and Messaging Terms
By providing a mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS messages from Closing Navigators.
- Message Types: Deal status updates, document reminders, deadline notifications, and closing alerts.
- Frequency: Varies, typically 2–10 messages per week during active transactions.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
- Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Messaging is delivered through Twilio in compliance with carrier requirements and CTIA A2P 10DLC guidelines.
6. AI Agent Services
The platform includes automated AI voice and SMS agents. AI-generated output may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying critical information before relying on it. AI agent usage is subject to plan usage limits and applicable overage rates.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closing Navigators is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid by you to Closing Navigators in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law, after good-faith informal resolution efforts. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent enforceable.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
