2. How We Use Your Information

3. SMS and Text Messaging Practices

You opt in to SMS by providing your mobile phone number during registration or by texting our published number.

Message Frequency
Frequency varies, typically 2–10 messages per week during active transactions.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

Data Sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Application data is stored with Supabase using Row Level Security, role-based access controls, private storage policies, audit logging, and HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained while your account is active. Transaction records may be retained for up to seven (7) years to satisfy real estate compliance obligations. Deletion requests are honored subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
6. Cookie Usage
Essential browser storage supports sign-in sessions, theme preferences, and consent choices. Optional analytics and personalization tools are only enabled after the applicable consent tier is selected.
7. User Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing privacy@closingnavigators.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
8. CCPA Notice for California Users
California residents may request to know, correct, or delete personal information and may opt out of sale or sharing. Closing Navigators does not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
9. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following processors to deliver the service: Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Twilio (SMS and voice), Vapi (AI voice agents), OpenAI (AI assistance), and Stripe (payments).
10. Children's Privacy
The service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
